Ninety seconds.
As many ladders as you can.
Same rules as the daily puzzle, no hints, no undo. Every ladder you finish is one point. Skip anything that stalls you — the clock does not care.
Time.
About the sprint
The daily puzzle is a single board you live with for a day. The sprint is the opposite: ninety seconds, a fresh ladder every time you finish one, and no way to undo a bad guess. The ladders come from the same pool of four-letter puzzles, so a sprint is winnable — it is speed, not luck.
Two habits help. Look at the goal before you type, because the last rung is often closer to the start than it looks. And skip early. A ladder you cannot see in ten seconds is a ladder worth abandoning; there are three hundred and sixty of them.
